The Details
Bookings can be made by call, text, email, online, Facebook or Instagram, and will be responded to within 48 hours. Your appointment date and time will be confirmed by Acasa Beauty — please make sure you have received confirmation. Appointments can be booked up to 3 months in advance. A deposit of 50% of the total treatment cost is required to secure your booking and is deducted from your final bill. Please note that services are only available for female clients.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let me know as soon as possible. Late cancellation charges apply as follows:
Card processing fees (1.4% + 25p for UK cards; 2.5% + 25p for non-UK cards) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the full treatment cost will still apply.
Please disclose any contagious illness in your household before your appointment. If illness is discovered at the appointment, the treatment will be cancelled and full payment for the appointment will still be charged.
This service covers up to 12 miles from the Upton, Chester base. The first 5 miles are free; beyond that, a charge of 50p per mile (there and back) applies.
Cash, card (contactless) and bank transfers are accepted. Bank transfers must be made at the appointment. Any unpaid amounts outstanding after 2 weeks will result in cancellation of future services.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
